Catskill Brussels Sprouts

85 to 110 days — The twenty to twenty-four inch tall plants of ‘Catskill’ Brussels Sprouts produce heavily. The “sprouts” are large (up to 1¾ inches), dark-green in color, and are tight and firm. Primarily used for fall harvests, it is good fresh or frozen. Introduced in 1941 by Arthur White of Arkport, New York. Each packet contains 1 gram, which is approximately 125 to 175 seeds.
