80 days, dwarf — The rugose, regular-leaf plants of ‘Dwarf Melanie’s Ballet’ are vigorous and productive. The fruit are elongated heart-shaped, pink colored, two to four ounce, paste-type tomatoes with an excellent, slightly sweet flavor. This is one of the very first dwarf paste tomatoes.
Working with the “Leggy family,” Susan Oliverson selected, stabilized and named ‘Dwarf Melanie’s Ballet’. Bill Minkey grew out the seed for the initial release in 2018. Each packet contains at least 20 seeds.
