The “Hazy” family originated from a cross made by Vincent Lavallo between the Dwarf Tomato Project release ‘Dwarf Wild Fred‘ and ‘Purple Haze’. ‘Dwarf Vince’s Haze’ was selected by Susan Oliverson who named this variety after the Hazy family’s originator, Vince Lavallo. Along with key contributor Susan Oliverson, others who participated in the development work were Craig LeHoullier and Justin Sieglaff, with Bill Minkey producing the final selection seed. Each packet contains at least 20 seeds.
