80 days, indeterminate — The regular leaf plants produce beefsteak-type fruit that are large (averaging twelve to sixteen ounces each), meaty, pink in color, with an outstanding, complex flavor that finishes with a hint of sweetness. Under ideal growing conditions twenty-four ounce fruit are possible.
This variety was sent to us by the late Randy Sine who wrote, “I obtained this variety from my friend Walker Roach. He got it from his friends in Pennsylvania, the Garrison family. They told him that they had been growing this variety for three to four generations.” Each packet contains approximately 20 seeds.
