60 days — Also known as ‘Apple’ cucumbers, ‘Lemon’ cucumber vines are vigorous and productive, producing fruit about the size and color of a lemon. Flesh is crispy white, sweet, and burpless. The fruit is ripe when it first starts to turn yellow, but can be used green or ripe.
A very old variety dating back to Samuel Wilson’s (Mechanicsville, Pennsylvania) catalog in 1894. Each packet contains one gram, which is approximately 25 to 30 seeds.
