‘Little Sweet Orinoco’ is a flue-cured type tobacco. The plants grow to about four feet tall when topped, and up to six feet or more when allowed to develop its medium-pink colored flowers. It was donated to the USDA’s tobacco collection in 1961 by the Virginia Crop Improvement Association. Our seed originated from USDA accession number PI 552376 and was sent to us by David Pendergrass from Tennessee.
