70 days, determinate — Also seen listed as “Oregon Eleven,” its red fruit are nicely flavored, globe-shaped, about two inches in diameter, and upwards of 75% of the crop is seedless (parthenocarpic). Although it can exhibit some radial cracking, it is still a valuable variety to gardeners in very cool areas or who experience short growing season. ‘Oregon 11’ is very prolific, productive and early maturing.
Bred and introduced by Dr. James R. Baggett of Oregon State University in 1982. Each packet contains approximately 20 seeds.
