50 days — The bush-type plants of ‘Yellow Bush Scallop’ summer squash produce nice yields of scallop-shaped fruit with bright yellow skin. Best used at the immature stage as a “mini vegetable” or at any point thereafter. The flesh has a creamy texture and is very flavorful. It is an extremely old variety that predates the commercial seed trade. Each packet contains four grams, which is approximately 38 to 40 seeds.
