Zolostisty Pepper

85 days — Also sold as ‘Zolotistyi’, ‘Zolostisty’ pepper plants are compact yet very productive. Its fruit are yellow, ripening to a deep, golden color, variable in shape, from prismatic to bell to elongated, and range from three to seven ounce fruit. They are thick-walled, juicy, very sweet, and tasty, making them a good choice for fresh eating, stuffing, and frying.

‘Zolostisty’ is a Belarusian commercial variety developed at the Belarus Institute of Vegetable Gardening. It was sent to us in 2008 by seed saver, Andrey Baranovski of Minsk, Belarus (BELR BA A). Each packet contains 10 seeds.
